bonded is built on a simple belief: your body's data belongs to you. we designed the app to know as little about you as possible while still giving koda the ability to be a thoughtful companion. here's exactly what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or any other personal information. There is no account creation. There are no analytics or tracking SDKs. We don't sell data to anyone — ever.
We use two third-party services to power Bonded:
Your local cycle data stays on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. Chat memories stored on our servers are retained until you choose to delete them.
You can delete all server-side memories at any time from the Settings screen in the app. When you delete your data, it is permanently removed from our database.
You have full control over your data:
Bonded is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Server-side data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure with their built-in security protections.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and, where possible, notify you within the app. Your continued use of Bonded after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
